Quintin King has been in the senior housing industry since 1996, bringing extensive expertise in accounting, finance, and operations. Throughout his career, he has led back-office system enhancements and operational improvements, with a strong focus on strategic planning, system implementation, and process optimization to support scalable growth.

Charlene brings over 11 years of experience in the senior housing industry, supporting operations both in the U.S. and Canada. She is recognized for her expertise in financial reporting, compliance, operational excellence, and fostering collaboration across organizations. In addition to leading accounting functions, Charlene has established strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. She is known as a trusted resource and collaborative partner, valued for her ability to build trust, navigate complex challenges, and deliver consistent results. Her efforts have helped strengthen partnerships and support portfolio growth. Charlene earned her degree from California State University, East Bay.  She is passionate about developing high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, gardening, and spending quality time with her family.

David Limburg brings nearly 30 years of food and beverage experience to the Brightwater leadership team, with a diverse background that includes independent restaurants, private clubs, and high-end resorts. While he has held numerous positions from Executive Chef to Director of Food & Beverage, his true passion lies in building teams and providing excellent service. He is dedicated to creating memorable experiences for both guests and staff.

With over a decade of experience in the senior living industry, Cassandra Grisar has dedicated her career to enhancing resident and staff satisfaction. Holding both a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Master’s in Business Administration, she focuses on meeting residents where they are and creating a positive, supportive community. Outside of work, Cassandra enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and being inspired by vibrant culture and meaningful social involvement.

Joel Sauter brings 20 years of diverse construction experience, spanning historic building restoration and large-scale commercial project management. His expertise includes coordinating property maintenance operations and supporting a wide range of construction and development initiatives, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and long-term asset performance.

McKenzie Sauer began her healthcare career in 2004 and became a licensed nurse in 2016. She brings a strong clinical and operational background, having served in executive leadership before transitioning into an enterprise healthcare leadership role. Her focus is on delivering high-quality, person-centered care through individualized assessments and thoughtfully designed care plans. Outside of work, McKenzie enjoys traveling and spending time with her four children.

Cynthia Sincuir is a Southern California native who holds a Certificate in Human Resources from California State University, Dominguez Hills, showcasing her dedication to professional development.

Jasmine brings more than twelve years of experience in senior living, having held progressive leadership roles across operations and sales, and marketing, including senior executive leadership positions. She holds an RCFE Administrator Certificate and a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and management and is currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on social impact. Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys fitness, traveling, and spending time with her son, family, and friends in Southern California.

Arlene began her career in Toronto’s tech sector before moving into sales and marketing, where she honed her communication and leadership skills. Transitioning to the seniors’ industry in 2011, she excelled in various sales and operational management roles, consistently demonstrating a commitment to service and resident satisfaction. Today, Arlene is passionate about fostering strong management teams to create thriving communities where residents receive the highest quality of care.

Kim Nott, a Winnipeg native, has over 30 years of nursing experience dedicated to supporting the health, dignity, and well-being of the elderly. Known for her empathy and commitment to quality care, she excels at building trust with residents, supporting their families, and leading her teams effectively. In 2024, Kim was honored with the Long-Term Care Association Award of Excellence in Assisted Living and the Association of Registered Nurses of Manitoba Award for Clinical Practice Excellence.

Pamela brings 20 years of experience in the senior living industry to her role at Brightwater Senior Living.  Her experience spans over 4 states holding various positions ranging from Director of Sales and Marketing, Executive Director, Regional Director of Operations, and Vice President of Operations.  Pamela is passionate and dedicated to developing outstanding leaders in the industry so that they can instill that same passion and dedication to the teams in their communities.  

Pamela has served on various state boards and committees that are centered around long-term care.  She has received a Master’s in Healthcare Administration and is currently pursuing her PhD in Public Health. 

When Pamela is not spending time in the communities she oversees, she can be found at Orangetheory Fitness, on the golf course, or spending time with her family in Corvallis, Oregon.
