The compass and stars are navigational tools, and Brightwater uses these symbols to acknowledge those leading the way to excellence in knowledge, service, initiative, and teamwork.
Earning monthly Special Achievement Stars and Annual Compass Awards gives employees recognition, monetary awards, and even trips.
Event and trip awards vary yearly and from community to community. A universal mainstay of the Brightwater Compass Program is the Tropical Adventure Award for employees who have met the criteria and have been a part of the Brightwater team for seven consecutive years.
